Employment Discovery & Customized Job Development
We work with you to identify your strengths, interests, and employment goals, and match those with real job opportunities.
Job Coaching & On-Site Support
RISE staff provide hands-on support at the workplace to help you build skills, navigate expectations, and succeed.
Pre-Employment Services
For students and job seekers who need preparatory support, we provide:
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Skill building, work experiences, and supported exploration to prepare for future employment success.
Work-Based Learning Experiences (WBLE)
Real-world opportunities that help participants gain confidence and experience before entering competitive employment.
Employer Partnerships
We collaborate with local employers to:
