RISE Services serves a variety of populations across our organization. We strive to provide excellent, person-centered practices for individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, substance abuse, traumatic brain injury, and mental health diagnoses.

Our core business hours for administrative staff are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. However, employment specialists work with clients based on the client’s work schedule. Our services are rendered in the community at various work sites. The interdisciplinary team will determine service hours per week or month. We have some individuals who receive services once per day, others once per month, depending on their service. We do have two office locations: 800 Corporate Drive, Suite 301, Stafford, VA, and 225 Industrial Ct, Suite 201, Fredericksburg, VA. Our Fredericksburg Office is strictly an administrative office, with no job coaches or directors located there to assist you. 

We accept Virginia Medicaid Waiver (through the Department of Medical Assistance), the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), public schools, community services boards, and private pay funding sources. Authorization is required before the start of services. We accept referrals from any funding source, as well as private pay. Self-referrals are always welcome, and we will work with your funding source to try to get your services approved.
